Most cancers are found late, after the years when something could have been done. Yet the risk was often there to read: a family history, a genetic result, a finding on a scan ordered for something else, decades of habit and exposure, each in a different file, read by a different specialist.
AEGIS puts them side by side, in the hands of the physician who already knows the patient.
Cancer Susceptibility Index (CSI): a per-cancer risk tier derived by a deterministic rules engine from published, peer-reviewed evidence, for review by a licensed healthcare professional. Not a diagnosis, and not a statement that a patient has or will develop cancer.

Alongside the index
Elective tests you may order where the profile warrants it, at your discretion. They sit alongside the profile for you to interpret, never folded into the index, and they are not guideline-recommended screening for asymptomatic adults or part of the signed prevention plan.

Every layer enters as a discrete, clinician-entered value. AEGIS does not acquire, process, or analyse medical images or continuous physiologic signal. Genomic results are shown as the ordering laboratory reported them. Imaging: Radiologist-reported findings, as reported. Wearables: Summary metrics, entered at discrete intervals. Labs, MCED and other ordered results sit alongside the profile for the clinician to interpret, not folded into the index.
Your practice licence covers the AEGIS profile, its review and its updates. Every test is ordered by you and billed by the laboratory or imaging provider, never by AEGIS. How the licence and billing work.
